Reusing buildings or existing spaces

Excessive construction over the past years leads us to consider the use of existing buildings rather than to continue building. At the same time, many houses exist in our town centers that need to be renewed; they offer the possibility of living in unique historic and heritage environments. Reuse can bring about more energy savings as well as cost reductions.
