Self management

Self management leads to the highest degree of independence for a group of users. It may or may not include consultation with external entities. Besides establishing joint decision making as its principle, its goal is to strengthen the self-organising abilities of the participating groups. This model underlines both the results of the technical/political decisions and the processes that bring those decisions about, since it is within the process phase that social relations are transformed.
